I've only done a couple of Munros so far, but have the pleasure of living near the Arrochar Alps and have climbed a selection of the local hills around there.
I recently had severe knee pain only on descents, a trip to the physio and insoles giving extra arch support has solved the problem...

I recently purchased a mac and had problems getting it to recognise the camera - I downloaded EOS Utility from Canon and it now works and downloads the pics fine, although it does take some time to recognise the camera so you need to be patient.
hmm, I once purchased silent ones but I had a stray noisy one or five in there LOL - they're also great escape artists and gave me the heebie jeebies all the time they were alive - locusts are much easier to handle !

I was surprised at how big bearded dragons actually get - the ones in my local pet shop are about 6" long for sale but the girl in the shop told me that they can grow to about 2' (not sure if that's right or not) - I still think they are pretty...

I can also recommend the Glen Trool area, along with the Raiders Road and Clatteringshaws. The road from Newton Stewart to Barrhill passes some pretty lochs (B7027) and stunning scenery.
