Thanks for the reply Richard, i guess i was too vague in my original post. This is what i have been doing, just propping them up with cushions and natural light, this was on a very good winters day I am hoping to vary the poses/use props etc as they get a bit stronger and stop...

I am looking for a simple setup to light my 8 week old twins at home. I was hoping to use natural light but the location of our house and the time of year makes this a non starter. I don't want to spend thousands and was wondering if a single light setup with paper background would suffice, but...

I need to send my 7D and 3002.8 to Canon at Elstree and having never sent a parcel don't know who to use. It will have to be fully insured and ultimately service is more important to me than price. Regards Tom :)

I think Les mclean has used one with a 1.4x to very good effect if you want to do a search :)

Yes its the same message, looks like i will have to try another lens to see if it lens or body.

Has anyone else experienced this? I am occasionally getting this error message 'err 01 camera cannot communicate with lens clean contacts', or words to that effect.It is used with a 300 2.8 and the firmware is ver 1.2.2.Cleaning the contacts had no effect and turning it off and back on again...

RSPB website is always a good starting point, google is also very useful, http://www.kentwildlifetrust.org.uk/reserves/medway-mid-kent-area/ Birdguides is also helpfull but most are full on twitchers which i find a bit daunting. I hope this is some help regards Tom :thumbs:
