Not sure I'm knowledgeable enough to give advice on the subject, but I have found that taking a sunset shot in a clear sky is the most difficult to get a good result from - for me anyway. Some of the best I've managed to get have been by chance and with clouds so the sinking sunlight bounces...

Battery grips may not be for everyone, and everything that as been said before is probably true, including buying them for 'posing' - but when I go out on a job I want the get out of jail card of knowing that if everything else fails I can bang in a set of AAs and carry on!! These days without...

Just to add to the above, you can select a number of images and batch process them in Adobe Bridge, applying the same adjustments to each image at the same time, and then save to JPeg in any size, to any location!

Or Lincolnshire!!

Thanks Phil, I did ask Nikon (via their Support live chat) and they said they had checked and there was moment - but I wanted to see if any owners noticed it, so many thanks. :thumbs: I can't blame that then for the bad focusing!!! :lol:

Hi Ian. Likewise, welcome and look forward to seeing some of your stuff. Afraid to admit M1/M2 is my era and had a couple of mk2s, also went along to a couple of RAC Rally events I'll see if I can dig any of them out, if I've still got them.

I read this thread with interest, as I've got the earlier iPhone and the camera is - as said - pants, but my son as the new iPone and like people have said it produces good results - but I had to laugh when he sent me this!!!! Making a bit of an assumption here (on the look of the lenses)...
