Alright, I just downloaded a great photo from your gallery and figured out the setting and reset mine and then uploaded them again. So please check the newest uploads on my gallery..

slowly figuring this whole thing out... just uploaded clearer pictures at the 800 pixels range... they are pretty blurry, WAYYY more than in "real life" due to the size... I can't figure out how to delete photos from the gallery so if you could enlighten me, that would be great!
I can't reduce the power of the flash on it manually but I think I can adjust it on the camera itself, right? It is already as far back as it can be... almost out the door...

That's great advice. I will try that, but I did try it without the brolly and the light was VERY harsh. Would I increase the shutter speed to compensate? OR lower the ISO or both?
Okay so I went back and check all the settings and the Shutter was 1/250; ISO 200; Aperture 4.0 (but I was using the TV mode on the camera so I just set the shutter speed and it picked the aperture. I notice that I had it on Auto White Ballance and know that I should have had it set for...
We are shooting jpeg on large and then in Photoshop changing the resolution to 300 without bicubic resampling.

We are having an issue with our headshots: lighting is great, composition is great resolution is great but they are just a tad fuzzy.
We are using a large soft box close to the subject and a strobe flash with a translucent unbrella in front of it. A top light for highlights on the hair...
