Hi all, I am jumping into this thread now as I am just about to take delivery of a A7R V and 50mm 1.4 GM (Gray Import). I will be looking to add other lenses soon, thinking of Sony 20mm 1.8, 35mm 1.4 GM and 85mm GM II
Yes you should definitely do some more. I find it quite a lot more involved than using smaller formats but when it works out it is quite satisfying. Of course you do have to get your subjects to pose for a bit longer. I do think there is something nice about the range of tones you get from the...
Thanks Andy. I was trying out an old Schneider Xenotar 150mm 2.8 lens and I used it wide open at f2.8. It is pretty rare to get lenses this fast for large format.
