It's only for Mac. It was called HDRist Pro, but it's been updated. http://www.ohanaware.com/hdr/ Here's an 'intothesun' sunset: https://flic.kr/p/dc25kh

Here's a poor example of what I mean, but it does at least show the different focal lengths, from the same position. I'd use the lenses differently to 'say' different things. Perhaps if I can find a subject, I'll do them again for you. Richard 24mm by Richard White posted Apr 10, 2018 at 2:52...

9! Umm. It’s worth remembering that you may be able to alter the manner of the bracketing. Stops, parts of stops, iso - off the top of my head. Think about the difference between the maximum and minimum exposure you will be using and adjust accordingly. Have fun mucking about. Richard

Ah, thanks. I never would have guessed that.

Yes, unquestionably. Completely different. I’ll take a couple of shots to illustrate and stick them up later. I may be a bit idiosyncratic about this (I have no idea, but I see that there are lots of zoom lens users), but, it seems to me, that the different focus lengths developed in part as an...

First, what’s a ‘cpl’? Then to answer the question. I’m not a fan of filters. I try to stick as little between the glass and the subject, so I take 7 bracketed exposures (I’m assuming that’s as easy to set up on your body as it is on the D700) and blend them together using an HDR program. It’s...

Ha! It’s the something I would have liked. I say that not knowing what the quality of video is on its close relatives, but it must be better than my iPhone and (hopefully) I’d have manual exposure and focussing.

Thanks Trevor, I've updated the 'story' a bit. As well as the D700, I still use my IIIf Leica and a MPP 5x4. But since the cost of processing and printing have become prohibitive and I've less time to take pictures, I've been spending more time working with negs from earlier periods. It's nice...

Nikon D700 official owners/users thread, anything related to the D700

Hello, I'm new here, so this is my first post. I bought a D700 body to go with the rest of my Nikon kit. Was desperate to get a full frame body to go with my lenses and F4s (that's multiple F4 bodies). I bought the last body in the country after they introduced the 750 or 850 (whatever came...
