Most weekends I take my camera out with me and just go for a wander around my local area. I live in on the outskirts of my Town so I am fortunate enoguh to be surrounded by fields and old buildings. But sometimes I feel there is literally nothing to photograph! Surely I cant be the only person...

We're heading to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park and then probably head onto Oxford street/Carnaby Street to hit the shops $$$ lol

So its my Birthday on Monday and I am getting a 50mm f/1.8 from my other half, heading into London for the day and having never shot with a fixed focal before (other than my 60mm f/2.8 macro) I am quite looking forward to seeing how my shots come out! Is there anything in particular I should be...

I upgraded to a 60D from a 400D and I cant fault mine. Easy to use, great image quality, I dont often use video but when I do it is superb quality.

Again thanks for all your comments everyone, I have decided to get one (well my missus is buying it for my birthday). Hope to get some images up when I get my hands on it!

Hi All, I am taking a trip to Woburn Safari park on Sunday and I just wondered if anyone has been there before or is able to give me some advice on getting some goods shots but within the confines of a car??? Any advice welcome and thanks in advance :) Anthony
