Follow up question. Are there restrictions on what or how many camers you can take into Marrakech? The info I've come across seems conflicting. I was thinking of taking D300s and 2/3 lenses plus the P7700.
Mant thanks
Hi All
Has anyone visited Marrakesh and if so what are the Do's and Dont's regarding photography and safety. Should I risk a DSLR and 2/3 lenses or should I just be happy with a compact and is it true you need to pay people to take pics? Am visiting the first week of April and staying in a...
I need a new laptop and I don't do a great deal of photo editing but I do want a great screen (NOT APPLE) for viewing. My budget is a very max of £1000 and was thinking of a DELL Inspiron 17 7000. Not many reviews on it so far.... so any help or other suggestions would be very aprreciated.
The point of a mini DSLR to me is size and weight and importantly I wouldn't have to invest in new lens or adapters. I would imagine just leaving my 50mm 1.4 on it and use it as a pick up ago camera.
I really like the idea of the new Canon and would buy a Nikon version. Sometimes something small is all I want to carry and this would be the perfect solution. Although it would increase the size I would like to see a tilting screen on the Nikon version.
So is the Canon selling well and...
I also find the flashgun command a useful step forward although to be fair if was using a compact instead of my DSLR would I really be carrying around my flash.
Anyone bought one or thinking about it. With all this talk about Sony and Fuji it doesn't really get a look in. I know Nikons aren't generally rated too highly in the compact market but I find them very good and above the hype of some others.
If you have one.... would love to know your...
Is there such a thing?
The reason being is that I want to dangle! a camera into my large garden pond and photograph the wildlife (on and below water) from land.
Have searched but as yet found nothing. Suggestions most welcome.
Many thanks.
Nikon P300 for me which is a very unpopular choice as it is not a highly rated piece of kit. Having used it for 3 months now I can conclude that quality is terrific, but the most important thing for me is that it does NOT have RAW. My concern was that I would purchase a compact and my D300s...
I probably should have added that I played with all three for about an hour each prior to purchase. My mistake. Non an entirely conclusive test obviously, but enough to get the general feel of things.
