Hi all, wonder if someone could give me some tips please on how to set my d90 up to take a nice shot of the moon, im using a sigma 70-300 apo lens. any tips would be much appreciated, its crystal clear over here. camera is mounted on the tripod and ready to go:D thanks Dan

i love my 50mm 1.8:) took some great shots with it the other day when we had family down for christmas, havent had it long(month or so) and the shots ive recently taken with it are great. definatly happy with it:)

agreed:) i have a 2 month old D90:baby: 3 lenses,a camera bag,a monopod and now a very empty wallet:gag:

anyone got this lens? thinking of getting one and just wondered if anyone had some pics they could show me that they've taken with it please, and your opinions on the lens too please. thanks Dan

done this quite a few times then realised i was moving the front or back wheel.

ive just been offered a sigma 70-300mm apo dg macro, is it worth a punt for not alot of money or should i save my dosh?

ok thanks tony thats cleared that one up, what would you recomend for a low priced zoom lens?

have had a look but dont what ones to go for, do they have to have an auto focus motor built in to the lens or does the camera have built in motor:shrug: and do i go for a canon lens or sigma,tamron?

can you recomend any zoom lenses to look out for in the for sale section or ebay or even new?

thanks chris she is looking that up in the book, i got it second hand from parkcameras with a new lens and it came with a spare battery and a cable release, has giottos screen protector on it aswell but no software disc:( can she download the specific software from the canon site?
