This is a picture of a lioness I took recently using the Nikon 70-200mm VRII and the TC-20E III. EXIF is a shocking 1/80, ISO 200, f5.6, 230mm - I know! :bang: But it was a "proper" grab shot! Only a small amount of sharpening and then uploaded to Flickr. Will try and find some better...

You need to set the bottom of the two dials which are on the top left of the camera to the little remote symbol (think it's the next to last one on the right but I don't have my camera with me right now). The shutter should then trigger via the remote. You can adjust the time delay for firing...
