Thanks both, used a flat key to gently bend it back. It's a bit stiff getting things in and out and still looks slightly bent but seems to work for now.

I accidentally knocked my D750 onto a hard wood floor, and the hot shoe has now bent a tiny amount, but enough to mean no accessories now fit in. Hopefully this will be covered by my insurance policy but does anyone have a rough idea how much Nikon would charge for a repair? Thanks
