Is Bestownstore.com a scam?

Has anybody any experience of Bestownstore.com. It comes up as a related website on Ebay. It offers cameras and lenses at half price from Beijing China. The kicker is that you have to send them money by Bank Transfer before you get the goods. Supposedly VIP customers can use Paypal. I'm...
