I have the P800 but use Permajet ink and papers. The quality seems just as good with the Permajet ink/paper and you get 'free' profiles for your own printer rather than generic profiles.
If you do decide to go for the P800, keep a lookout for special deals. When I got mine, I got a roll feeder...
I had the same issue. Eventually got so pee'd off with the anti-glare screen that I have removed it. Just deciding if I should bother replacing it with a clear one or not bother at all.
I use the P800 and it has a dedicated/special mode for black and white prints. I believe the P600 is the same.
I've never had a colour cast, and even if you did, there is a part of the driver for dealing with that to eliminate that.
What are you shooting that needs more FPS than you have? Unless it's fast moving sports or BIFs is there much need for more FPS?
Looking at your kit list, only one of the 3 lenses you have is EF-S, so the other 2 will work fine with full frame, and neither of those lenses suggests you shoot...

You could also possibly change the hard disc in the laptop to a bigger one. You can buy a kit (hard disc, cables, software etc) that contains eveything you need and is quite simple to do.
Why the different specs for the cards? You will be slowed down to the lowest spec card.

It still depends on what your watermark actually looks like when applied as to whether they can nick them, and easily use them, without your approval.
No matter what, they can download them without your permission, or even just screen grab them.
