If youre thinking of getting a D7000 you go and get it you wont be dissapointed with it. Its performance in low light is remarkable. you can go very high with the iso and still get very good images my D200 is staying in the case now as my spare body.
I have the Huey Pro and what a difference its made to my editing. I was having problems with my images always being darker than I was seeing them. Im very pleased with the results and it keeps checking the ambient light and adjusting accordingly. What I see is now what I get.

I always resize to what prints I want. If you crop your image the machines would almost certainly see it differently. I then put them in folders labelled with the different sizes. I agree with check sharpening after resizing.

I had the same problem with my nikon. You have to go to the adobe site and download the nikon raw file add on for photoshop. When thats loaded when you click on a raw file it opens in photoshop for editing, or open bridge and the whole folder of your raw files can be viewed...
