Got the card out. Turned it on its side and managed to hook it out. One prob though. Mac now has no sound. it is saying no output devise found. Ideas?

This good Kate. I rate it as one of the best taken shots.

Ah yes, I hadn't thought about raising the ISO. I just went straight to 100 to avoid noise. I looked at removing the blur in PP which as you said would have been easy but you can't correct the fact that the remaining rope is fuzztastic :)

Thanks Yuri. In hindsight I should have done the shot on a stiller night and had the noose still and therefore sharp.
