Yep, I can confirm, received the lens today - it looks like new to be honest. Clean, no signs of use, original box, documentation, caps, hood. It was packed like untouched.

I just purchased Nikon 17-28mm lens, just travel etc It doesn't extend, but it moves inside - so thought I may buy UV filter just to secure front element. I never used filters, so wanted to check with you guys - does any UV filter will work? Is there anything I should know when bying one...

Well, even if they drop it and put out in the middle of both, still its gonna be lens bought on grey market. So as long as both shops provide the product, even with delay, or possibly return/comms issues, still I would go with cheaper.

Lens I would like to buy is £639 at Cotswold and £830 at Panamos, so choice is clear I think.

I think that new 24-105mm f/4-7.1 is pretty good travel lens overall. Of course we need to see reviews and how IQ looks like, but its amazingly light and give good reach on trips on daylight. Especially for cameras like Zf, Z5. On my trips in daylight I should f8 anyway, S version was always too...

Anyone had a chance to try this new lens? I'm planning to buy one for Nikon, but maybe anyone with Sony tried it as well? If you were looking a qide angle lens, would you today buy old Nikon 17-28mm version, or that new tamron? I guess any new tech should be better than old...

There is no way to take unscrew that multi-angle module? OK, thanks for confirming it. Shame, I wanted to buy it to have an amazing tripod for macro, but wanted to take whole this off just to use legs when travelling. Don't want to have two tripods.

Any owners of Vanguard VEO 3T+ ? I wanted to check if this is possible. This tripod has this multiangle support for column - could this whole multiangle support and column be removed, so it would end up just "legs and head"? :) I would like to know if I could use just legs and mount head in...
