    Had our 3 burner outback for 5 years now. All stemed from my time in Cyprus for 3 years. Brilliant but of kit and the outback spares are all readily available.

    Managed to get the sony nex5t the other day for 279 from amazon with the kit lens. Also got a d3100 but not had the sony long enough to comment yet but loving the smaller form factor

    Beginner Books for a beginner

    I prefer a book to hold in the hand for referencing. Pretty difficult to weed through an online manual. YouTube vids are good too.

    Beginner Storage of files

    I use google drive, but the 15gb free limit won't take long to fill. Have you thought about getting a NAS drive? Best thing I ever did.
