Hi, I've just bought Canon 6D and have very similar situation. My firmware is 5.7.4 78(1f) and its not updateable, any of my pcs cant recognized my camera. Can you please tell me what did you do and what canon did for you? Thank you in advance. Kind regards, Paul Pachnicki
