looks like they have lost out on 2 lots of substantial amounts of money in the past 3 weeks based on poor customer service. Might be an idea to point them in the direction of this thread for some critical feedback

So are you willing to sell this? It might give some interesting results, it will be better than what can get my hands on before Tuesday 11th. Yeah, the film holder will probably become a door stop, or be added to my camera museum ....

I was excited, on my return from NZ to find a store with so much film gear. I had ++money to spend, looking to buy a Mamiya RZ67 and a 4x5, but the attitude of the attendant in RCC made me turn around and walk out. I still don't have a RZ67 and I wouldn't pass any cash over their counter based...
