How do you find the flash diffusion with the Popeshield?

The Popeshield diffuser gets very good reviews and is considerably cheaper than AK and Cygnustech. I have a Popeshield on order.

There seem to be literally hundreds of different tablets around that price. Would something like the Lenovo Tab P11 be ok?

I want to get a large screen tablet for image viewing and basic editing. I use Lightroom. Problem is it needs to be cheap. What should I look for in a used tablet under £100 or so?

Advice appreciated on this image. I'm using a Nikon D7200 and 200-500mm lens. I've used this combo lots in the past, but just got this specific lens used from MPB. I'm having trouble getting decent sharp images. Everything seems a bit soft. Is it me or the lens? This is an unedited jpeg shot...
