My camera not micro adjusting :(

Hello everybody. I have Canon 85mm 1.8 and yestarday shot with him, however, I noticed that the focus is not very accurate :( Is it possible to be confused camera because it is focused on the most light place? I shot in the face, but the focus its little behind. The subject is around 2.5m-3m 1Ds...
