I feel for you, i really do, again not a great lens but i have managed to ruin my kit 18-55, same thing really on a chair and someone moved said chair and whoops managed to snap it from the camera. (i did try and repair but then it feel off in the sea!!) I have also managed to drop my camera on...

Hi, Just wondering if there is a 'special' :thinking: wide angle filter ring. I have just bought a 77mm wide angle and i have been looking at adapter rings, i have notice they are quite wide i was wondering if any one could tell me if there is something out there or if they fit fine etc...

I know you cannot really go wrong with the lakes overall but i was wondering if anyone had any good spots to shoot around Bassenthwaite/Bassenthwaite lake and surrounding areas. I am heading over with the family for a week in Feb, so i cannot go all over but a couple of nice spots would be...

Just to add my 2p worth and to boost your confidence even more. I have been shopping with amazon for at least five years and never once had an issues with them or their third party sellers.:)

I use a D60 as well and i think it is a really nice camera (although my exposure to more equiped cameras is limited). I think as a beginner you are better off learning on the more 'basic' models and look at possibly getting a wider arreay of lens, such as wide angle, macro, or what ever suits...

Took the mobile in for repair as it is under warrenty, was with them for three weeks and they have come back to me and said it is water damage and they will do nothing for me...Wasn't water been no where near water, but TS seem to think i have a shot, so i will see what happens!:thumbsdown:

Stick with it mate, I am just about to start a big complaint with T mobile, lot of hassle ahead i think! :bang:

I think this is the problem, people do not just relate it to the one store/person, it can effect the whole image of the franchise. The smart A** should of being more helpful towards you, i always say you never know if you don't ask. If i was you i would try again and see what results you get...

Just bought the Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX today and will be picking it up tomorrow so will let you know what i think when i have had a chance to fire off a few frames! Didn't get the lens in the end...Hope you enjoy yours!
