Cheap and good lab for develop and scanning of film? Anyone?

Hi. I live in Norway, and processing black & white film is very expensive here. So I´m looking for a lab that can process and scan my photos for a fair price. Country doesn´t matter, since I have to ship it with mail anyways. Help highly appreciated! Thanks!
