I have recieved a U-Flycam as a gift. I am struggling to get it to balance correctly. Has anyone had sucess balancing a u-flycam witha 500D (18-55mm kit lens)? Are there any useful guides online? Thanks in advance.

Prime do give better quality but are less often less convenient. Like most things its a matter of balance.

You could afapt a couple of anti static bags. Maplin sell these for ad little as 69p.

I think it's a long hard slog to find them.

I have an inflatible softbox and it doesn't make a lot of difference on its own. But lining it with various papers does help.

Try focusing using a netbook / laptop to get a bigger image so you can see the crisp edge easier.
