    Who carrys there DSLR with them every day?

    If I take my backpack with me (dakine sequence) I just chuck my camera in there with a nifty fifty on if im just doing stuff around town etc. Obviously if I plan to take pics I'll take everything with me!

    really peed off

    Have just read my whole way through this thread. I am only 19 and always feel a bit concerned taking my camera out at local parks to get pictures of trees/sunsets etc. Not had any encounters yet, sure will be interesting the first time someone comes to me accusing me of being a P**** thats for sure!

    Music gig in small pub

    I recently shot a local gig in a small pub too. I found just putting the flash down to minimum power (1/64 in my case) and just going from there was enough to expose single members of the band without killing the atmosphere. Obviously experimenting at the location will probably be best.

    I think you would probably be better off with a Dell, Haven't had any experience of Medion Laptops but I imagine if they are being sold at Aldi they can't be brilliant!

    How Long have you been doing photography?

    About 1 week, still working my way around using my first DSLR but loving every second of it so far. Even if there is copious amounts of swearing when i get the exposure wrong!
