Ollie B

Started photography as a 7 year old in the late 1950's with a Brownie Box camera. Managed to acquire an enlarger and a few other bits and pieces to do my own printing, my Dad was a photographer so that helped.Gained a City & Guilds in film photography some years later. Only gone digital in the last year or so but any serious work is done on film. Now retired to South Wales after leaving my home town of Bridport in West Dorset in 2015.

Update December 2018:
Since going digital my interest in photography declined to the point that I just stopped taking photographs. I missed the excitement of creating images in the darkroom. The quality of digital prints just didn't compare to that of a darkroom print. I've now returned to film photography entirely and rekindled the enormous satisfaction gained from film photography, I'm pleased to be back in the world of real photography!
