Combo upgrade for a canon 55-250 (lightweight wildlife)
Another vote for the Em1 mkii and either an Olympus or Panasonic Tele for birding within your budget. I have a 550D and an Em10 mkii, and would readily recommend the flagship Olympus over the APS-C, at least for the added reach. Stick to the Em1 though, as it has phase detect AF.
