ok thanks both my uncle and cousin have this lens and have said its good i was just wondering if there were any others slighlty more expensive that are better or is it quite a big jump to a better macro lens than this particular one?

I am looking to buy a macro lens in the next 6 weeks or so i currently own a nikon d90 with a 18-105 mm vr lens. I want to buy a macro lens but am unsure as to which one to buy i will have a budget of approximately 300 -350. Any response is much appreciated!!
