Something else that isn't enabled by default on the R5 is sensor cleaning when you switch the camera on/off - I'm sure you were all wondering about that :whistle:

My R5 just arrived from Hdew, a week from order to delivery - not bad

They're out of stock again now but they had them for a good few hours today - they only show them when they have them in stock

E-Infinity already sold out of the R5

E-infin have stock of the R5 & R6 if anyone's interested. Never used them myself, are they reliable?

Have a look at the Fred Miranda forum, there's a member called RobAmy who uses the R5 with the 400 F2.8 III & 600 F4 III - he has nothing but good things to say about it

Thanks for sharing, I'm glad finally Canon has done the massive leap. Waiting for the prices from E-Infin / Panamoz to appear, hoping for around £3.2k for an R5. DigitalRev have it price at £3,989.99, so I doubt the other two would be much different

The perch in front of Bittern hide is probably your best bet for a kingfisher at the minute, the reed bed screen is closed off because of bitterns nesting nearby - the perch in front of that is closer. I'm not sure how regularly they are being seen, autumn is usually the best time for them at...
