    Wedding Kit Nikon

Unless you really pixel creep you would never ever tell the difference between the Sigma 24-70 and the Nikkor. I have all sigma on a D700 and I have never ever had a anyone tell me, or I have felt that the lenses let my photography down. The only thing I would say is that the Sigma 24-70 has a...

    wide aperture lens

Haley, I had the same issue sometime back and with the same budget. I opted for the Sigma 70-200 f2.8 (no os). Have not looked back. If i need a little more length i stick on a 1.4 Sigma convertor which only knocks a stop off to f4. For me i was so impressed with it i changed all my lenses to...

SB-600 with Nikon D3100 is never bright enough anymore

You have not changed the settings of the on camera flash as the commander have you? In commander mode it's giving enough light to remotely fire other strobes.

    Nikon cls

I have two SB900's with a D700, I use http://www.warehouseexpress.com/buy-seculine-twinlink-t2d-transmitter-and-receiver-kit/p1033478 I use the receiver with one of the sb900's as the master and the other as a slave. Shooting manual. Radio trigger kit works a treat, I've had no problems so far.

Go to Photsel.com and get yourself a backdrop stand kit, think they are about £50ish, and get some bull dog clips and hang your backdrop and clip to the stands.

    backdrop problem

There are no tips, you just have to play, like yourself I started a mini home studio and now....... Well just say the girlfriends lost her front room to stands backdrops cables umbrellas soft boxes etc etc. The only way to understand light is to play with it. Have fun

    backdrop problem

Sounds to me if your throwing too much light at it, move your subject forward. The other thing to do is hang the back drop and spray with water from an atomiser, the creases should go from the weight of the backdrop. Are you clipping the backdrop to your stands? Make sure you pull tight.
