would be handy to know if anyone has had them changed and the problem fixed. Also i wonder how many dont know if they have this issue due to never shooting over f10. i wouldnt of noticed till i did a landscape.

Nope i have not had any info as to why. And would think rigorous testing before release would of flagged up the issue. I am curuous if there is a cure and has anyone had something done to rectify it.

Definitely not batteries as used same batteries from the working 580. And terminals all look clean not sure what parts normally fail that provide the flash power.

I have a 580 exii that has a problem with irregular flashing, i googled the problem and found most had issues with the hot shoe either a dirty pin or not a tight fit. But i have another 580 exii that works fine so borrowed the hot shoe from that one and still had the same issue, i then tried...

I want to put a screen protector on my 7D and just thought i would ask for any recommendations before buying one. I see there is the usual soft stick on or harder plastic ones and even ones that claim to be thin glass, any tips would be great. Darren

I do and am very happy with the pics it has printed out so far. Im not sure how it compares to the Epsom quality wise or cost of ink but i know you can get some good deals on ink for the canon now and again. I get the genuine ink from 7 Dayshop and the last lot i ordered i got 2 for the price...

At the moment i only use gloss in A4 and get 150 sheets of Kirkland from C&C and found it fine for my needs but i will definately give 7 Dayshop gloss a bash when i get low.

Cheers Dave, that was the last shop i bought the A3 from and im on my last couple of sheets now, the quality seems ok but the pack only contained 20 sheets of 270g/m2 and after seeing that 7 dayshop stock it and get 50 sheets for less than i paid for the 20 at Staples i will give them a go...

I tend to use either gloss or matt and not tried any others to compare the finish. I am happy with the A4 gloss i get from costco but the local shops dont stock many A3 and certainly not with the finish options above. I get my inks from 7 dayshop but never even considered their paper.
