Atm I use a 100-500sigma a 55-200 canon and a 17/55 canon

At moment I have a budget of about £800 I take photos of pretty much everything i can people landscaped birds and so on, I prefer not to stick to 1 subject I get easily bored I really should start posting them on here for some cc, to be honest I had a bit of an accident with my 400D I bought it...

So I am ready to upgrade my cannon eos 400d but what to is my question there is so many various options out there im spoilt for choice, Does anyone have any recommendations

My 400 d flash has stopped popping up i can manually lift it, there is nothing blocking it so im assuming that the spring has burst, is there any way of replacing the spring or do i have to put it into a shop?

looking at bying a Sigma 150-500mm f5-6.3 RF DG OS will this work? if not does any1 have any recomendations as to a good lens for zoom?
