Whats peoples prefrences when using PSE? Do you still use a RAW convertor or just use PSE for everything?

Ive only recently started shooting in RAW and while I have only been using Nikon's own software to edit things the additional edit options give me more control. Which for me as a beginner are helpful as some poor shots can be improved easier.

This is something i'll have to look into All my pictures and music are all stored on NAS at the mo, with no other back up.

Is there an exact date as to when Elements 10 is to be launched?

As a D3100 user with both the kit and 55-200 VR lens. I now find that the 18-55 lens is the one I use most. From what I can see of your needs, I think youll be just fine with the 18-55 kit lens for the time being
