Thanks for all the feedback. It seems that Hairy #2 is emerging as the favorite. And agriculture is my favorite photo of the year so far. Thanks! Cousin It was my favorite! Hairy ... If it were a straight forward self portrait, I would have tried to focus on my face/eyes instead of hair. I...

I love when nature photos have motion blur like this. As for multiple photos in one post, just keep clicking on the image icon and adding a new URL for each photo. (at least, that's what I've done)

Hi! I'm new to this thread. I got my X-T1 a year ago, and an X-T10 a few months later (I bought a lens and X-T10 on eBay for less than either cost alone). I keep the 27mm lens on the X-T10 and rotate my other lenses on the X-T1.

Beautiful! I want to learn to process like that. Then again, I would love to live somewhere somewhere with this kind of beauty (or at least have time to visit). I love the foreground interest here. I would love to know what you did here. Did you lift shadows in LR/PS? These are really nice...

I peeked at that thread and left very quickly. I sure wish I knew which camera, lens and/or processing method people are using to get this skin effect. I'm tired of seeing every pore and wrinkle on my face when I try a self-portrait. Do y'all realize just how lucky you are to live...

7th time down avenue 52 COMPLETED

Just a few quick comments. Tiny - nice, sharp macro, and the color contrast is very nice Face - the edit has such beautifully rich color (and I adore cows!) Graceful - it took me a minute to realize that was a butterfly instead of a leaf, the dark background really makes the colors pop...

Just suppose it was intentional, Sirch's 52 for 2017, 52, Weather

Is it bad that I laughed when I saw the "piece" photo? Maybe being a paramedic for 20+ years has given me a warped sense of humor? Anyway, great take on the theme and the depth of field works well in this.

catch up time again..... Hairy Now that my hair is past my shoulders again, I constantly get comments like, "Man, you've got a lot of hair!", "Is that all YOUR hair?", "Do you use Miracle Grow on your head?", and my favorite, "You look like Cousin It." 1. 2. 3. First, I'm not that...

SanDisk makes a 16GB 95mb/s card, the Extreme Pro. That's what I use in my X-T1. The only time I came close to filling that card (RAW + fine jpg) is when I spent an entire day - 6 hours - photographing puffins. It handled 10-15 shot bursts just fine.

Yes??? I prefer the blues (eyes, shirt) and color in the pine cones on the left, but I prefer the smoother, less red skin tones on the right.
