Maybe, maybe not, but it brings me some comfort knowing that, in the event of an issue not being resolved to my satisfaction, I can at least voice my complaint here which may make them stand up and listen as they know bad publicity here could be costly.
Thanks for the replies folks. Wasn't aware there was a "grey import" market for cameras. Been doing lots of searching and reading on here and I think I'm a bit more up to speed with it all now. Probably be inclined to order from DigitalRev, mainly due to the fact they are an advertiser here and...
Shopping around for a D7100 at the minute, looked at mpb photographic and they have a used body for £724.00, checked ebay and they have a new one for £679.00.
Am I missing something? Is the ebay one dodgy or are mpb just not that competitive at the minute?
Thanks
My first aim is to get some decent shots of the moon, then if I can, I'd like to see if I can get any of nearby planets. Thanks for the heads up on that site, will check it out now.
Dirty barstools :(

The scope in question is a SkyWatcher Skyhawk-114/1000 EQ1 Telescope which uses a 'standard' 1.25" 2x barlow...
Very welcome. Maybe it's a generational thing but for me seeing the wires was part of the charm of it all, you knew it wasn't real but you didn't care.
I'll give you my critique...
My main complaint about it is, I couldn't see the wires...
I was raised in the generation of The Thunderbirds (Google the original) and I'm used to seeing wires, this was obviously made with sorcery, it's madness!!!
But seriously, absolutely fantastic film...
Some brilliant and very much appreciated advice there @RichardtheSane , had a look at your website also and you've got some cracking shots on there, just the sort of style I'd be aiming for.
Would you mind my asking what sort of lens you use for the gigs you've photographed? My current...
