Thanks all Been down to our local camera shop today and tried out the Tamron 10-24mm and the Sigma 10 -20mm. Given the additional amount of the Canon one I think I'll stick with one of these. But if the price of the Canon comes down somewhat in the next few days, then I'll rethink!
