They reviewed the iPhone TomTom, PSP & Archos media player on the gadget show this week.
The iPhone TomTom came out top, but that was with the cradle which boosts the GPS signal.
I would buy it, if it was a lot cheaper than a standalone unit.
Depends what you class as a computer...
Mine was a HP34C programmable calculator, hours of fun playing moon landing, once I programmed it correctly!
Then was an Amstrad CPC464 with the green screen monitor! Hours of fun making little BASIC programs!
I'm with Pipex, who were bought out by Tiscali (i think), and then Talk Talk.
It is the worst internet I have ever had, cannot get speeds above 100kb, connection drops every couple of hours, oh and cannot watch iPlayer or youtube between 5-11pm or weekends!
Went to Westonbirt on Sunday morning, the colours are starting to change. I'm sure they will be lovely in a couple of weeks. I was able to get a couple of nice photos, for a beginner!
The link below is so you can see what colours there are at the moment...
As the nights are drawing in, something to do with night photography would be good. Personally I think its a great way of learning the camera controls.
I've just calibrated mine with the Spyder 2 Suite, bought from Kerso.
I am amazed at the difference, my photo's actually look half decent now, but everyone else's look amazing now.
Well worth the money.
I've been reading this thread, as I'm a new 450d user/abuser too, who's interested in a better/faster lens.
Don't want to hijack the thread, but have Tamron released the IS/VR/OS version of the 17-50 f2.8 yet?

I think I might save my money and buy the 1.8.
I'm hoping to pick one up at lunch time, if they haven't sold out.
Went in to the O2 store yesterday and said they can't do anything until the day of release, which seems stupid. Not even fill all the paperwork out for collection today.
Right I see..
So basically its a bug, as it is not displaying the correct information under windows explorer.
If it isn't a bug, do they really expect you to carry the CD around with you, or a card reader.
I hope this gets fixed soon in a Firmware update!
I have it set on RAW+JPEG, but when looking on the disk I find two files called the same thing eg:
IMG_0147.CR2
IMG_0147.CR2
Why isn't it producing one RAW and one JPEG? Am I doing something wrong?
