No instruction book with mine either and it's a UK model! Are they supposed to be included? I just assumed that the disc was all you got, it's a bit of a pain.

Hello all, I've just taken about thirty images, plugged the Kingston 16gig CF card into the Mac via a reader and it doesn't recognise the card. Put the card back in the camera and the camera doesn't recognise it either. Is there any easy way (I'm an IT numpty) to recover the data? Regards, Mike.

When I open a raw file in LR3 it applies some default settings, ok, sometimes I'm not happy with these and I know they can be altered. The question is, are these default settings removed when you export (a TIFF) out of LR3 for further editing elsewhere? Many thanks, Mike.

Many thanks gents. I'm really after being a bit selective with what I sharpen (birds) rather than bird + background. I have previously sharpened in USM elements using several passes at low settings. I will have a look at the print options in LR3 this evening. Mike.

I am currently trying to get my head round Lightroom 3 and I think I'm getting there. I would think that Kerso would offer a very competetive price, I've bought loads of gear off him and he is good. However the Camera body would not be UK stock, even though he provides an international warranty, I'm not too sure how robust that would be. Best regards, Mike.
