Yeah, that will be Windows 7 Starter, specifically designed to run on netbooks, its a slightly more light weight version of Win 7 and has a few features removed - Background changing included. It comes pre-installed on Netbooks, but no other laptops.

I used to shoot RAW + JPEG but was finding that I wasn't even using the the JPEG's, they were just taking up space and I was still editing up the RAW's regardless of having the JPEG's. So now I shoot just RAW... Not sure if it's the 'correct' way, but it works for me!

Yeah, for my 50d, got an original but when I bought the grip I bought the Energizer's as I didn't really want to spend that much on batteries..

Official ones if I'm feeling generous or can get them cheap, but normally the Energizer 3rd Party ones work a treat, havent had any issues yet.

You have pretty much summed up how I would set it up too... I don't really need IS and was looking at getting the 1.4 TC, I was tempted by the 2.0TC but read somewhere that the 1.4 provided slightly better results, albiet less focal length.

I'm currently looking into a 70-200 lens. Im not too sure which one to go for. The Canon one is quite a substantial amount of money, so that has left me 2 options I guess. The Tamron 70-200 or the Sigma 70-200... What are people experiences with both, and what would you recommend or not as...

WordPress is pretty good, some of the themes available are brilliant for galleries, also, there are many plugins available. Otherwise, I just design mine from scratch..

Don't really use it often, mainly if I want to get low to the floor or the viewfinder is in an awkward position to look through properly..
