If you don't mind zone focusing, I still think the Rollei 35 takes some beating..

I bought a new Z5 from Cotswold (so called grey import) for £565 last year. I only use manual focus lenses so it's perfect for what I need.

Yes the Rollei looks like a disappointment (& I use an original) so let's hope this is much better..

I've used Panamoz, E Infinity and SLR Hut and never had any issues. Having said that I've never had a warranty issue either.

I saw that, wasn't sure how the Amazon warranty would (or wouldn't) work..
