    Glossy Cardstock > 300GSm

If it is for a one-off print, why not use an ordinary weight photographic paper and spray-mount it onto a backing board?

    Printer and screen calibration

I run an Epson 9800 and use the SpyderStudio3 SR for calibration. The following video is an overview of the screen calibration. I'll do one soon for print calibration. I'm not particularly a brand loyalist but I am familiar with the Epson systems. I'm sure the Canon printers are just as good...

Review Sigma 70-300 mm APO DG macro - a quick review, 56k warning

Just to add to what has been said above (as a previous owner of one) this lens does give a lot of bang for the buck but you do need good light to get the best out of it. In poor light the autofocus is hopeless

Are you talking about the 16:9 aspect ratio mask? It is just two semi-opaque black bars that appear to the top and bottom of the LCD display. Your display will be entirely filled with the image as you shoot but your camera will only record what is between the bars.

    Petrol prices

When I bought the Rangie in March 2010 the cost of LPG was 51p/litre Today it is 72p/litre... that's a 40% increase in little over a year
