I started a 365 in Jan. http://2010photography.wordpress.com/ I try to vary the types of image and styles as much as possible. Now off to check all the other 365's out. :)

I've not used a 1D MkIII so cannot say from experience but would hazard a guess that the 5D MkII is in the same arena. ;)

1Ds MkII over a 5D. 1Ds MkII and a 5D MkII is a much tougher choice. On the weight issue, a 5D MkII with battery grip and a couple of batteries is not that far off of the 1Ds MkII.
