OK, I know the 5D4 has been around for a good while now but I'm just starting to investigate the pros and cons of moving from my pair of 5D3s.
Hoping that some ood you have been using them for a long time and the honeymoon period is over so you can give some tearful world thoughts and opinions...
Evening all, just thinking about incorporating flares/smoke bombs into some of my portrait/wedding shoots and wanted any advice on the best places to buy from in the UK. Already looked at Enola Gaye as I've come across those in paintball, but is there anything else? Also, can't work out if they...
Hi everyone,
I've just taken my Sigma 50mm f1.4 out of its case after probably 2 years without using and there is some fungus on the inside of the very front element. I've been able to take out the front group of two lenses but can't work out how to separate them to get to the inside of the...
Thanks, that is kind of where I was when looking at this option, slow AF could be a pain for sure! Have you anything to compare the AF to from the Canon lineup?
What were you shooting with, 24-70 f2.8 L?

Wow, it's ages since I've posted on TP, hope everyone is doing well!!

The lens is fine, however, I'm looking...

Thanks,
Mark
I ordered a pair of Canon 5DmkIIIs and a pair of battery grips last Thursday at 4.50pm, they arrived today at just before 1pm..... can't complain about that at all!!!
Just need a spare second to be able to play with them now.
Yep, happy with the major improvements (AF, continusous shooting speed, high ISO, 2 card slots) and they were the main reason for making the switch. It is more about any settings, button customisation and things I wouldn't necessarily be aware of straight away that people have found really...
The title has it all really, I've just ordered a pair of 5DmkIII bodies to replace my mkII ones, what are the top things I should know as a wedding photographer to get the most out of them?
Thanks everyone for the info.
Think this is going to be my plan Mark, just wanted to check I was thinking along the right lines. How many shots do you get on that 32Gb card?
