Theres always the Lloyds building, battersea power station, city hall. Regent street with it's curves. The O2 arena looks good at night from across the water when lit.

Books wise I can recommend understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson.
Provides a lot essential information in an understandable format.
As for camera's I'd would get yourself to a local photography shop and have a play with all the camera's in your budget so see how they feel when in use...
Could not agree more, happens to all retail stores now. My local running shop has people come in, try shoes on use the treadmill get there gait assesed and then b****r off to the net to save £20 quid. Completley wrong in my opinion but plenty of people seem to have no issue with it at all...
:plusone: I was at wembley for the Wembley cup, tickets specified that it was not allowed. After 2 years of not taking my camera to the O2 for the NBA games (and seeing people with exactly what I would have taken) I thought sod it i'll give it a try.
