I only use my old PC for the odd time I need to scan or copy/print the odd item. My printer packed up followed by my scanner. I don't use it for regular printing as the free print service is sufficient for my needs, but most of the current all in ones are not compatible with XP as it's too old...

My Epson scanner has just given up the ghost, I used it very rarely on a very old PC (running XP) does anyone know if the new scanners can run on such an old system, or do they need W10 or 11?

I'm afraid it's getting difficult to lug my gear around, and I've taken more pictures with my phone, that I can upload to get free prints which I've used since my printer gave up the ghost . Not very satisfactory but as I mainly take photos of the grandkids it does suffice.
