I have taken a picture at F22 and it appears to be clean. I have cleaned off the rear element on the outside with a lens-pen and there appears to be dust particles on the other side of the rear element. Would this cause these random spots?

Cheers for the replies. Question: I thought dust spots on the sensor would appear on all photos? I have pictures at the same spot and they are clean - at the same apertures (F4 in this case).
