yup, definitely going to have a much better plan for British GT @Brands now. Though saying that still haven't heard back from Richard from the media centre, must check up on that asap.
Yeah it was a really good weekend. Signed-on on the Friday as well so I could get an idea of where to go/shoot. Certainly a lot of walking, and better time planning needed on my side to get to different locations in time. Outside of turn 1 was quite a trek.
hehe, cheers Andrew :) Sarah did remind me to bring my deposit or go hungry.
Thanks Mike :) I'll be the drowned rat in the blue skijacket from the looks of the weather.
Thanks dunganick, great info :)
whats peoples opion on racksack/no rucksack? are they allowed? I find mine can be a bit...
While I've been photographing motorsport for a good number of years now, this will be the first time that I've been on the other side with a media pass (British GT @ Rockingham). While my assignment doesn't ask for any specific shots other than trying to capture the atmosphere/action of the day...
what I normally do is open the file with ViewNX (free from nikon) and then save them as a TIFF which i open up in CS4. I find the nikon software produces a better image than using ACR.
I've just got my D300s and it was supplied by a shop recommend by Nikon and the shop stated all there stock was from Nikon UK. however the yellow slip inside said 'Nikon BV The Netherlands'. What did everyone elses say?
