I am using the sync cable attached to main light - softbox . Setting on 1 . Is this the problem .Should I use flash to trigger or sync cable . I have had the sync cable attached all the time. I thought the 1,2,3 settings were for ignoring pre flash not main flash.

Can anyone help me find a supplier of the above. I have the Interfit EXD200 's with 60w 230v screw in bulbs. Apparently they can be upgraded to 100w bulbs . I cannot find any . Any advice greatly received.
