Probably a blindingly obvious question with a really basic answer, but how do you know the value of your equipment? Like how much each thing is worth? So, camera, lenses, flash etc. etc. Need to know it for insurance purposes :)

My photoshop is CS2 version 9.0, but like I said before I managed to open nef files in it once before from my D40x and it now won't do that. I don't know about ACR though, is that info in the same place?

no but the point is i can edit the nef file to an extent in view nx2, so adjust the exposure and WB and then save a copy as a tiff file which I can then open up in photoshop to do the airbrushing and things.
