Hi I only use it with the FTZ adapter, I dont have any Z lenses so cannot compare. I think there is a learning curve, but I only use it in situations where the action is on the slower side HTH

Cheers Mike, as soon as I had posted it, I thought about the rolling shutter effect, need to google it. Spooky thing is, I cant see the same happening on shots where I had the camera on a tripod, or I have not noticed it yet

Paul, I have one which I use on a D500 & D850. I am very happy with it, but I would always recommend getting it calibrated to the body as mine needed a fairly large adjustment. I've never used a Nikon version so I cant tell you if its better or worse If you have any specific question let me...
